How The Living Income Guaranteed can drastically decrease Mental Illness
A recent study revealed that poverty and unemployment are linked to metal illness and depression. It turns out that people who don’t have enough money to live are more likely to be depressed and suicidal.
Its shows that nearly 1 in 5 of Adult Americans experienced mental illness in 2013. The main purpose of this study was to show just how many people are not currently being treated for mental illness – however it does not give actual solutions to the cause of the mental illness in the first place.
What we are dealing with here is a typical Band-Aid solution. By giving people who are depressed drugs is not a permanent solution. What we need to do here is stop the problem at the source – and from the study one of the main causes of why so many people struggle with mental illness is because of the lack of money.
And it makes perfect sense – We need money to survive in this world. When you are unemployed and living in poverty not being able to provide for yourself or your family can result in you becoming depressed. Its horrid to live in such conditions – and to give these people drugs to take away the depression will not solve the problem at hand. So what will?
By taking these people out of poverty will drastically improve their current living condition. If you do not have to worry about going hungry or not finding a place to sleep you can actually start living and stop just surviving. With the Implementation of the Living Income Guaranteed we can remove poverty and homelessness and with it drastically decrease mental illness. That would be stopping the problem at its source – by providing a permanent solution.
Below are some points explaining parts of the study :
In November of 2014, the U.S. government’s Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) issued a press release titled “Nearly One in Five Adult Americans Experienced Mental Illness in 2013.” This brief press release provides a snapshot of the number of Americans who are suicidal, depressed, and mentally ill, and it bemoans how many Americans are not in treatment. However, excluded from SAMHSA’s press release—yet included in the lengthy results of SAMHSA’s national survey—are economic, age, gender, and other demographic correlates of serious mental illness, depression, and suicidality (serious suicidal thoughts, plans, or attempts). It is these demographic correlates that have political implications.
Also, the survey results provide extensive evidence that unemployment and poverty are highly associated with suicidality, depression, and serious mental illness.
These lengthy results, for example, include extensive evidence that involvement in the criminal justice system (such as being on parole or probation) is highly correlated with suicidality, depression, and serious mental illness. Yet Americans are not told that preventing unnecessary involvement with the criminal justice system—for example, marijuana legalization and drug use decriminalization—could well prove to be a more powerful antidote to suicidality, depression, and serious mental illness than medical treatment. -http://www.salon.com/2015/02/19/what_were_not_being_told_about_suicide_and_depression/

What would Heaven be like exactly? Hell? Can I take my smart phone with me?
Not much is known about heaven. In the bible there are few references of how heaven would be like. Would I be able to play Clash of clans in heaven? Watch the big bang theory? Watch the new season of the Walking dead? Have sex with my partner? Play the latest Games? Watch Sports? What we do know from the bible is the well-known pearly gates and the streets of gold:
“And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald; The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst. And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.” (Revelation 21)
Basically allot of precious expensive stones and gold decorating the place, but in a world where wealth is of no issue much of these precious stones are pretty useless other than being pretty eye candy to look at for an eternity. Also it said that people will keep their current bodies, there will be no hunger or need to sleep and no pain and suffering. What exactly do you do all day?
For this reason they are before the throne of God, and worship him day and night within his temple, and the one who is seated on the throne will shelter them (Revelation 7:15)
It is difficult to grasp just how long an eternity is. It’s forever and ever. It doesn’t end. Look at our lives now, we have computers and games, we have phones and apps, we take photos and share them with others – Heavens seems void of all modern technologies and is filled with stuff that seemed very desirable in the old age where gold and stones were wealth sought after. Could you image living eternity without your phone, electricity and spending all that time praising God?
Sleep is a very nice thing and an enjoyable experience especially when you are tired. Sex is also an amazing thing, but there will be none of that in Heaven. There will be eating and great feasts, not sure where the food will come from in terms of slaughter and grow houses, but I think it will just manifest ( God is Almighty After all)at least we will have that.
Personally for me this would be Hell – walking through golden streets and praising God for most of my time. I think the only reason why heaven is the place people want to be is because burning in Hell for an eternity is the only alternate. So yes Humans were given free will, but if someone holds a gun to your head and tells you that you have 2 choices: 1. Give me everything OR 2. I shoot you – Then you don’t really have a choice…

Day 259: Its all about Perspective - Plants are alive
We tend to find it difficult to put some things in perspective. For example: Just how far is it to the Moon? The distance from the earth to the moon is about 384,400 km. When you look at a number like that its hard to imagine how far that is. Its like traveling around the world 9 times. Or you can look at it like this: You can fit all the planets (including Pluto) between the earth and the moon. Like this:
Puts things in perspective
Now we all the know that plants are living things. They grow and they die, but there is allot more to it. when you walk towards a plant in the grass and it looks like you might step on it, the plant reacts. It knows you might step on it and it really doesn't want that. There has been plenty of research on this point.
A cabbage was hooked up to machines to measure any sort of reactions. They took another cabbage and started cutting it up in pieces, what they found was that the veggie reacted to this event. Even more interesting is that whenever that same person walked into the room - the plant would react. Another study showed that a plant is aware of itself being eaten by a caterpillar for example.
What does this all show us? Firstly that we do not yet know the extent to which plants are aware. When you step on grass it "feels" it. When you cut a tree down or pluck fruit the tree is aware of this. Even the fruit we eat are alive.
We tend to see things based on our perception - meaning we look at plants and trees and cut them down. We do not hear a scream of pain or see any kind of reaction and from that we believe the tree is not actually aware, but the fact is that its aware. Plants and trees are living things.
Puts things in perspective...

Day 171 - Nestle telling it how it is! Truth and the killing of millions!
Nestle is under fire for showing the world how it is – for telling the truth. Yes, here is a company actually telling the truth.
Nestle’s head exec, Peter Brabeck-Letmathe had these comments about the right to water.
“Water is of course the most important raw material we have today in the world. It’s a question of whether we should privatize the normal water supply for the population. ‘’
The thing here to notice is that water is actually privatized already. That is the truth here. The proof? How do you get water? You pay for it. To get water we all have to pay for it. What about those who don’t have money to buy water? They die.
Water is important – this is obvious, because without water you die. Humans need water to live and thus it is essentially a fundamental human right. To privatize water is to keep it from humans and denying it to humans and actually killing humans. People argue that we cannot make water a basic human right, because there is a shortage. First ask why is there a shortage? Then go look in shopping malls and the drinks section and what do we wee – cokes and sprites and all sorts of cold-drinks. Millions of water is needed to manufacture these. Pure water is more important than cold drinks and alcohol. So we need less cokes in order to have more water.
There is no argument here. There is no debating this. This is common sense. Water as a basic fundamental human right is what the Equal Life Foundation represents along with other fundamental rights which can be read here. Big corporations are busy draining the earth for profit all the while murdering millions by denying them access to water and this must be stopped. Join us for real, practical solutions.

What is Strength Really?
Strength and Weakness - Here I am going to look at the definitions of the words strength and weakness, how I defined the words in the past and how I redefined them for myself now
Here I will start with how I looked at strength/weakness in school:
In school, strength and weakness played a role. In sports you want to be strong to be a good player - make the team to show your friends and the girls how strong you are. If you don't make the team, you are weak. I was never a sports fan and neither were my friends. I was a surfer and skateboarder and we used to make fun of the ''jocks'' taking sports so seriously, but most of these jocks were friends as well.
Strength was ego. Strength was muscles. Strength was not crying. Bullies showed their strength by picking on the weak. Strength was competition to always be better than others. Strength was being a rebel and breaking the rules. Weakness was being beaten by bullies. Weakness was being the silent type. Weakness was being the weirdo, the geek, the loser, the ugly and the guy who never managed to get a girl. Weakness was not ''going with the flow'' and not doing what everybody else was doing. Weakness was being smart. Strength was good - Weakness was bad.
I was neither strong or weak in school, but could see how important it was in terms of being accepted or rejected. To sum it up - Strength and weakness had a lot to do with outer appearances and how you ''acted'' /behaved and interacted within your social environment. So, strength and weakness did not only go to physical appearance/muscle, but also extending to personality/characteristics/behavior and one’s position/place within the social networks/environments.
Now, here are some relationships between strength and weakness when having a look at human nature:
Now let’s look at it from a global scale. Strength Is Military - countries flexing their military muscles, physically and through machinery/systems/weapons to show they are better - competition. Just like in school where strength is muscles and the machinery/artillery/weapons are what characteristics/personality traits/behaviors can be used to ‘show off’ ‘strength’ on a ‘mental level’. Thus participating in this idea we accept and allow war to exist even within ourselves, in our ‘small worlds’, from childhood. For example: Weakness is seen to be 3rd World Countries along with the poor. We accept and allow poverty to exist, because we would rather flex military muscle / money and not risk our economy - than aiding the poor to eradicate poverty - otherwise we risk being equal, where strength and weakness does not exist: As in, “I can’t be strong unless others are weak, so therefore – I will keep the weak in their place, so that I can remain in my definition of strong”. Like in school where you would rather beat and pick on the "weaklings" instead of assisting and supporting them, and by doing this in the ‘small worlds’ - you accept and allow it to exist in the ‘big world’ where the strong prey on the weak, where the rich prey on the poor, and so we in the small and the big accept and allow the consequence of the polarity of strength and weakness, of poverty and the rich. Because, for the ‘strong to exist’, the ‘weak must exist’ – and so therefore, we will not change because of that definition of who we are in/as the illusion, idea, perception and belief of what it means to be ‘strong’. So, as children – we ‘prey’ on the weak, as grown-ups – we ‘prey’ on the weak; it’s an inherent accepted and allowed nature within us humans, where you’re stuck in either the strong/weak polarity and/or on the ‘outside’, mentally, physically or because of your life/living conditions. Why are we individually and collectively accepting and allowing such a polarity to exist within us? Why have we not considered equality, assistance, support?
Fast forward a few years with me starting with the Desteni process and me being on the farm. Everything I have learnt about strength and weakness throughout my life was not real - it is all just an act - a means to fit in and a means of survival to always be the best. ''The Strong will prosper and the weak will perish'' - so we beat on the weak so that we look stronger and better.
Strength - what is it really? Here is how I see strength now:
Strength is me - I am strength. It is not something outside myself like muscles or acting - It is who I am as a presence, as a ‘way of being/living’. In this, this self-strength is not defined by/through being attached to a polarity of weak/weakness, meaning there isn’t something/someone in my outside world that I use/abuse to make me feel strong/superior. Strength is/should be a living expression, a stand of character, a stability of presence. Meaning, it is a form of stability and self-trust that no matter what you face in life there is a knowing and certainty that you are able to walk through it. Strength is being consistent. Strength is walking through resistance you experience inside yourself and push through and always be self-directed. Strength is to not accept and allow your actions and who you are to harm another being. Strength is to become the change you want to see in this world.
Weakness Is a gift - whenever I fall on a point it is not a point of judgement saying I'm too weak for this'', but rather it shows where I am not yet effective. My own personal Life Trainer/Buddy that reveals where I require some direction.
I will continue in the next post expanding more on strength to give some practical examples of how I have come to redefine strength for me

Day 139 - Machine Gun Preacher
If you haven't watched this movie then do so.
I watched this the other day and was simply amazed at this guy. Its about a man who lived his life doing bad things. He started going to church and chose to change his ways. He also has a wife and a child in the movie. Its based on a true story of this guy named Sam Childers.
He got a job owning a constructing business and one if his jobs was in Sudan Africa.
I don't want to reveal too much of the movie - my words wont be able to describe what that guy did. He dedicated his life - really dedicated it - to take care for children in Sudan from the war. The rebels - what they do is attack villages rape and kill every woman and kill every man. The children they force to join them and train them to become soldiers. Sometimes they force the child to kill his own mother.
What Sam Childers did was did everything he could to save the children - to build them a save haven regardless of the danger to his own life. He really cared for them - like really care. i was amazed how somebody could care so much for children he does not know. He saw children in need and did something about it- no matter what it cost him.
Now why he is called Machine Gun Preacher you'll have to watch the movie. Watch it anyway to get some prospective.
It is horror seeing what those people are going through - those children and it is happening everyday. And we live our lives with nit a care in the world. if a group of people came to your country - South Africa, America or whatever - and went into suburbs killing everyone before forcing the children to shoot their own mothers and taking the children to make child soldiers - what do you think will happen? Will we do nothing and let it go on? No, Action will be taken immediately - we rich countries are civilized and order must be kept.
Things like this make me want the world to end - it would be so much easier. Like when you have an animal and its hurt and suffering and nothing to do to save it you have to put it out of its misery - we should put down the human race - We are nothing but ticks and fleas on a living organism called earth - and in my opinion A earth Doctor should give the earth Frontline - to rid us from this earth. We are really evil beings.
Some say you cannot sum up the humans race based on the actions of a few bad people. YES you can. Look at the world - the way we humans live is disgusting. If you really look you will see that every human is evil unless you do everything in your power to find solutions to make this world free from suffering. Instead we say its impossible. Evil we are indeed.
Its not impossible, just different. Help create a system where no suffering exists - where money will no longer limit those who really care. Where everything will be done to make sure there is no suffering. People need homes, build them. People need food, feed them. People need electricity, give them. People need sustainable renewable energy, research is and implement it. There are no limitations. Vote and participate at www.equalmoney.org. Show you care.

Day 77 - Using Religion to justify this world
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use religion to justify myself and all of the world
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use religion to justify war, poverty slavery and all abuse saying that it is part of gods plan and that cannot change or question gods plan
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to to use religion as a justification and excuse for me not doing anything to change the world
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear not finding a reason why all the suffering exist in the world - because then it would invalidate my beliefs and proof that my beliefs are not real so i keep on justifying the world no matter what
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that if I have to keep on finding proof and reasons why my belief is real and if i have to keep justifying it then that alone shows me that my beliefs are not real
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that justification is an excuse - that i have never looked back at history to see that religion has been used countless time to justify wars, slavery, torture, mass murders and other abuse in the name of god
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold on to this abuse so strongly that i will even justify rape by saying that it is a blessing from god - instead of realizing that it is the evil of man and the world that WE have created
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold on on my beliefs so strongly that i cannot see common sense - that if I cannot find a reason for something to exist i would just say that it is part of gods plan just so that i can continue my beliefs - not realizing that If rape, murder, poverty and great suffering is part of gods plan then this is a really evil plan -
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize if i do not question gods plan then i accept gods plan and then I also accept all the suffering and abuse of this world - and in this i will do nothing to change it - i will do nothing to end the suffering and the abuse because i agree with it. And so i am trapped by my religion as the perfect excuse not do anything.
I commit myself to stop justifying my action when i clearly see that what i am doing is not what is best for all beings, but that i am only acting based on self interest .
I commit myself to stop trying to justify the abuse and suffering in the world like war. poverty, rape, slavery etc, and to realize that I am using this to justify my beliefs
I commit myself to stop saying that all the suffering and abuse is part of gods plan and to realize that i am using this as an excuse for me not to have change the world - and to stop agreeing with gods plan by not accepting and allowing this world the way it is - and to instead find ways to end all suffering and abuse
I commit myself to to stop deliberately ignoring common sense - when i see my beliefs don't make sense to not keep on justifying it
I commit myself to to realize that religion has been used in the past to justify countless suffering and that i am doing the same here now
I commit myself to to stop the fear of letting go of my beliefs and to see the common sense that what i believe on doesn't make sense and holds no real solution to the problems on earth, but instead it gives permission for the problems to continue
I commit myself to stop justifying the unjustifiable and to let go of all beliefs that allow the world to continue the way it does - but to instead se that there is a real problem on earth that must be sorted out and so i dedicate my life to find the solutions to the problems on earth that are permanent
(permanent solution here: www.equalmoney.org - join in with the discussions and add your input on how you would like the world to be instead)

Journey to life day 33 - Why should I do it?!
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have backchat in relation to fairness and my believe of what is fair when I have to do something that somebody else could have done
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to when asked to do something become irritated and and angry because I have to do it and want somebody else to do it
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to to become angry at the person who asked me to do it and then have thoughts about shouting at them why should I do it
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that it is not fair that I have to do it - but that somebody else must do it
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that the anger and irritability I experience is because I so not want to do it - and out of that use backchat because I want someone else to do it
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that fairness doesn't exist - and that i have a created a perception of what is fair and not fair and. And if fairness really existed this world would not be what it is today
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that wanting somebody else to do it is ego - its me seeing myself as better than others and trying to assert authority just because i dont want to do it
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be spiteful in wanting somebody else to do it, because i want them go through the discomfort I went through
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that the answer for the question ''why should i do it'' is ''because im able to''. And that anything else is me wanting to abdicate responsibility and laziness
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not to take responsibility but rather let somebody else take responsibility - not realizing that in this i am without self direction and will in no way be able to sort out this world to make it a better place to live in but that i will always want somebody else to do it. And then when everybody wants somebody else to do it we end up with a world we see today...
I commit myself to when ask to do something stop the backchat and the anger and the irritability and the urge to say WHY ME
I commit myself to do something simply because I'm able to
I commit myself to do more than what is expected of me when i am able to
I commit myself to not use the excuse i have done it many times before its time you do it when i don't feel like doing something
I commit myself to see that the world is not fair and in that fairness doesn't exist and so not use the excuse of 'its not fair'
I commit myself to let go the delusion that is my ego - to realize that as long as i have an ego i can never make a difference in this world but will always contribute to its abusiveness
I commit myself to stop the spitefulness that comes with wanting somebody else to do it - to want them to go though the discomfort I have - but to instead live my life so that no being will have to go through unnecessary discomfort

Journey to Life Day 32 - Why Being Positive Is not a Solution
I Forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that thinking positive will make the world a better place - not realising that only thinking positive I ignore all the ''negative'' and in that ignoring i actually make the world worse
I Forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ignore all the things I do not like and deem bad and to believe that it would actually make this world a better place
I Forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to believe that positive thinking will attract only the positive and ward of the negative - because it makes my life easier and makes me feel good - not realizing that I am ignoring reality and the rest of world
I Forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that positive thinking is not a solution - that I am creating an illusionary world within myself that only affects me.
I Forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become blinded by positive thinking that i do not even see the evidence and proof that positive thinking is not a solution - that I ignore the worsening condition of the world that is proof in it self that positive thinking is not making the world a better place
I Forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that if I only look at the good and the positive then the world will seems like a good place - not realizing that what i am doing is ignoring all the abuse and suffer and in that do nothing to prevent the abuse and suffering - in effect allowing it to continue and thus making the world worse.
I Forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the abuse and suffering in the world and to fear that it will effect me and out of fear to shun and ignore it in an attempt to get away from it till i believe that it doesn't exist anymore - and then to claim i am making the world a better place
I Forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that I cannot think away the suffering of this world - because thinking is my head and not real as the physical earth or as real as the suffering and abuse in this world.
I Forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that the only way to make this world a better place is realize that the problem lies within me - that we as humans created this world as it is today and that I accepted and allowed this system by my participation in it and not doing anything to change it. And so to change the world I have to change myself
I Forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to put in the effort to change myself - my actions and who I am so that I can be an effective self directed human that do what is best for all - to live as an example to others and direct others to do the same.
I commit myself to see that positive thinking actually makes this world much worse by not giving in attention and allowing it to continue
I commit myself to face the bad and the ugly of this world that we have created and not to fear it - but to dedicate my life to make sure that all suffering and abuse ends - to make sure that my children and their children will wake up in a world free from the suffering that so many have to endure daily
I commit myself to then stop positive thinking and to instead practically change myself so that i can be effective and self directed to actually make a difference in this world instead of being stuck in a bubble in my head.
I commit myself to promote and create a new world system where every being will have an actual chance to a life worth living
