Day 326 - Do you look where you put your feet?

I never used to do this because there was no need, but living on a farm you are sharing living space with many other beings like frogs, insects and snakes.  This is their home as well and this requires some consideration.

Day 298 - What Does your Label Say about Humanities Future?

tumblr_lohmvyUf7A1qbb77eo1_500_thumb What is it that defines who we are?

Name?

Clothing?

Beliefs?

Country?

When you look at someone what label do you define them as? Do you judge someone based on how they look or your perception of them? Or do see another as who they truly are? We label and judge ourselves and others.

We have created categories within ourselves where we can place the various labels of others and ourselves. The truth is that we cannot know who a person is until you actually take the time to know them. A simple example would be stereotypes – Many people look at Muslims and label them terrorist. Look at foreigners and label them Immigrants in a hateful way. And the problems that grow from identifying people based on our own misconceptions are creating so much suffering.

We label ourselves as superior, as more than others. We see ourselves as more important than other people. We look at nature and see ourselves the dominant species that has right to do with it as we please. Simply look at what this identity is doing to the earth.

So what is the Solution? How can we identify ourselves as equals? What will it take for us to stop labeling each other and other beings? It’s in the realization that firstly our labeling is born from misconception – how we judge others is not real. The person standing next to you IS you, there is nothing that makes that other person more than you or less than you. There is nothing that makes you better than that person or more deserving than another. It is recognizing that every person in this world – we are all equal.

Within realizing this it becomes common sense to give to another what you would like to receive. If you were that person how would you liked to be treated? To be labeled? To be judged? No.

It’s time we stop identifying ourselves as living in separate realities and to realize that we are all on the same boat.

Day 244: Shocking Discovery: The engagement ring is a SCAM created by clever advertising

Where did the ring come from?

https://www.ted.com/talks/rory_sutherland_life_lessons_from_an_ad_man/transcript?language=en#t-440000

engagementring_ad “But, actually, the point of placebo education is interesting. How many problems of life can be solved actually by tinkering with perception, rather than that tedious, hardworking and messy business of actually trying to change reality? Here's a great example from history. I've heard this attributed to several other kings, but doing a bit of historical research, it seems to be Fredrick the Great. Fredrick the Great of Prussia was very, very keen for the Germans to adopt the potato and to eat it, because he realized that if you had two sources of carbohydrate, wheat and potatoes, you get less price volatility in bread. And you get a far lower risk of famine, because you actually had two crops to fall back on, not one.
The only problem is: potatoes, if you think about it, look pretty disgusting. And also, 18th century Prussians ate very, very few vegetables -- rather like contemporary Scottish people. (Laughter) So, actually, he tried making it compulsory. The Prussian peasantry said, "We can't even get the dogs to eat these damn things. They are absolutely disgusting and they're good for nothing." There are even records of people being executed for refusing to grow potatoes.
So he tried plan B. He tried the marketing solution, which is he declared the potato as a royal vegetable, and none but the royal family could consume it. And he planted it in a royal potato patch, with guards who had instructions to guard over it, night and day, but with secret instructions not to guard it very well. (Laughter) Now, 18th century peasants know that there is one pretty safe rule in life, which is if something is worth guarding, it's worth stealing. Before long, there was a massive underground potato-growing operation in Germany. What he'd effectively done is he'd re-branded the potato. It was an absolute masterpiece. - Rory Sutherland

That is one example of how easy it is to manipulate us humans. Throughout history people looked for ways to make people like something so that they can get something out of it. I remembered when I was a Kid and watched TV with all the commercials. There were many toy advertisements in there and allot of them were so cool to me. I watched the advert and then afterwards I wanted that toy and liked it. That liking it was not my choice really, it was the clever use of sounds and colors that made the product look awesome. When I had the toy in my hand more often than not it was a disappointment as most things are.

This brings to question all the things I liked that I saw on TV and did not like and most of it was based on clever advertising – just to make me buy the things. Another very god example is the Engagement ring scam. Ever heard of it? Why do you buy a diamond ring to get married? Where did this expensive tradition come from? Advertising.

Before the ring “tradition” ,people did not actually buy rings to get engaged. It was created by the same people who mined the diamonds. They were looking for a way to make more money by creating a demand for it. What followed was an extensive and elaborate, very effective marketing and advertising campaign to convince people that they need to buy a diamond ring to get engaged. The company spent Millions and millions to get this idea in our heads. Just how effective was this? We still believe in it today and made it part of our society as an absolute necessity to get married. It is already so ingrained that even knowing this info – you will still buy a ring to get married. The company made a fortune out of this of course. Edward Jay Epstein notes in his famous investigative article:

2816864e0fb51f8af987a67ce7841d4e421c5ad9 "In its 1947 strategy plan, the advertising agency strongly emphasized a psychological approach. "We are dealing with a problem in mass psychology. We seek to ... strengthen the tradition of the diamond engagement ring -- to make it a psychological necessity capable of competing successfully at the retail level with utility goods and services...." It defined as its target audience "some 70 million people 15 years and over whose opinion we hope to influence in support of our objectives." N. W. Ayer outlined a subtle program that included arranging for lecturers to visit high schools across the country. "All of these lectures revolve around the diamond engagement ring, and are reaching thousands of girls in their assemblies, classes and informal meetings in our leading educational institutions," the agency explained in a memorandum to De Beers."

So, the things we buy, do we know why we buy them? Is it all just based on impulses and a play on our emotions and feelings? Is everything we do basically based on how we feel? Yes, that is why it is so easy to get us to like stuff, because we ourselves are unable to make objective choices. How do we stop this manipulation and make choices objectively? Who can we start becoming the directive principle in our lives where we ourselves make the choices? Until we find a way to direct our feelings and emotions we will always be subjected to clever advertising.

Day 220: The Desteni of Living - My Declaration of Principle

I  commit myself to live the following Principles. I Will in blogs to come go into more detail with the points below:

1. Realising and living my utmost potential

2. Living by the principle of what is best for all – guiding me in thought, word and deed to always in all ways direct problems to the best possible outcome for all

3. Living by the principle of self honesty – to ensure I am pure in thought, word and deed: that my within and without is equal and one. Who I am within is who I am without and vice-versa

4. Self Purification through Writing, Self Forgiveness and Self Application – the action of realising I am responsible for my own thoughts, words and deeds, to forgive myself for transgressions and change myself to ensure I take responsibility for who, what and how I am and through this know that I can trust myself to always be honest with me and so others

5. Living the principle of Self Responsibility – realising only I am responsible for what I accept and allow inside of me, my relationships and my outside world and so with this responsibility: only I have the power and ability to change that which I see is compromising who I am, what I live and how this affects others

6. Realising that who I am in thought, word and deed affects not only myself – but others as well and so with Self Responsibility in thought, word and deed – I take responsibility for myself and so my relationships to be Self Aware in every moment and live in such a way that is best for me and so others as well

7. Living the Principle of Self Awareness – to be aware, to see, to recognize my own thoughts and Mind, to be self honest to the extent where I can take responsibility for when I see my thoughts / Mind is not what is best for me / others and commit to immediately take responsibility and change for myself and so for others

8. With taking responsibility for myself, becoming aware of myself – take responsibility and become aware of others in my life, to assist and support them as I am assisting and supporting myself – to give as you would like to receive and do the extra bit every day to see where I can contribute to other’s lives and so my own

9. Living the principle of self trust – as I commit myself to remain constant in my living of self honesty, self responsibility and self awareness, I stand as an unbending trust that I always in all ways know who I am no matter what I face and that in this I know, as proven in the constancy of my living that I will always honour and stand by what is best for all and so best for me

10. Making Love Visible – through me not accepting/allowing anything less than my utmost potential, I support those in my life to reach their utmost potential, to love them as I have shown love to myself by gifting to me my utmost potential, the best life/living experience and show others as I have shown myself what it means to LIVE

11. No one can save you, save yourself – the realisation that the tools and principles of Desteni is the guide, but I must walk the path myself. We are here to assist and support each other in this process from Consciousness to Awareness/LIFE and what it means to live – but the process itself, where you are alone with yourself in your own Mind: is walked alone

12. Not waiting for anything or anyone to take responsibility for me and this world – but that I realise I have created who and how I am in this moment, therefore I have the responsibility to change who and how I am and so the realisation that we as a collective created how and what this world is today and so it is the responsibility of the collective to change how and what this world is today

13. Honouring the life in each person, animal – everything from the great to the small of earth, that we expand our awareness and responsibility to creating the best possible life for everyone and everything and so ourselves

14. Relationships as Agreements: individuals coming together using agreements as a platform to one-on-one expand, grow and develop as individuals in life and living to support/assist each other unconditionally to reach their utmost potential where the agreement is a coming together of individuals understanding what it means to stand as equals and to stand as one

15. Sex as Self Expression – where sex is an united expression between individuals in honour, respect, consideration and regard of each other as equals, two physical bodies uniting in equality and oneness – a merging of two equals as one physically.

16. Realising that by the virtue of me being in this world – my responsibility does not only extend to my own Mind / my own Life, but to the minds and lives of everything and everyone of this earth and so my commitment is to extend this awareness to all of humanity to work together and live together to make this world heaven on earth for ourselves and the generations to come

17. I must in my thoughts, words and deeds – but most importantly in my living actions, become a living example for others in my world that is noticeable and visible when it comes to the potential of a person to change themselves and so change their world. So that more people can realise how we can change this world, by standing united in our self change within the principle of what is best for all to bring heaven to earth

18. I am the change I want to see in me and my world – to bring heaven to earth is to bring into being, into living the LIVING PROOF of a PRACTICAL HEAVEN that can be seen and heard in our actions and words. We are the Living Heaven that must come into creation in this living world.

19. Through purifying my thoughts, words and deeds – my inner becomes my outer, so I bring into creation me as heaven into earth, realising it is not enough to ‘see the change / be the change’ – for change to become REAL it must be a constant, consistent living of me through the words I speak and the actions I live visible and noticeable to all in every moment of breath

20. Realising that my physical body is my temple – my physical body is the living flesh through which and in which I will bring into being and create / manifest heaven on earth as me in my thoughts, words and deeds and so I honour, respect and regard – nurture and support my physical body as I would nurture and support me as equals: my body is me

21. We are the change in ourselves and this world we have been waiting for: and so I commit to dedicate myself and my life for each one as all to realise this, as nothing will change if we don’t change in all that we are, within and without

22. The realisation that for me to be able to change myself in thought, word and deed to the most effective living being that I can be and become – I first have to ‘know thyself’ and so commit myself to investigate, introspect and understand how I became who I am today, to prepare the road before me into self creation of a responsible, aware, self honest and trustworthy person for myself and so for all

23. The realisation that for me to be able to contribute to change in this world – I have to get to ‘know thyself’ as this world and so commit myself to research, investigate and introspect the inner and outer workings of this world and align the systems of today to present and give the best possible life for all on Earth - See more at: http://activistsjourneytolife.blogspot.com/2014/05/day-532-desteni-of-living-my.html#sthash.TuesIhU2.dpuf

Day 175 - Respect your elders!

When I was a kid I was taught to respect my elders. I never asked why, but I had to respect my elders. Whenever I meet the parents of my friends I had to greet them “Tannie” and “Oom”. That’s Afrikaans. Directly translated it means Aunt and Uncle, but it is used even though you are not related. In English terms it is equivalent to Mister or Miss, Mrs.

This was considered good manners and showing respect. If I did not greet this way I would get into trouble, so the only reason I did this was to not get into trouble – out of fear.  All kids greeted this way. What it showed me is that my elders are more than me – I had to respect them, but they did not have to respect me, because I am just a kid. For me that is when I learned that people older than me has more value than me.  Superiority and Inferiority.

Like so many things in my life back then I did not question this. I did not ask or wonder why I must respect my elders. I only accepted the answer “ It’s good manners” – Why is it good manners? “ It’s the way it is”. That is not an answer.  The better answer was that older people went through life longer than I did and thus they need to be respected for that, but that is still not a valid reason.  Calling an elder by their name was very disrespectful.

If someone actually did something – like save a puppy from a burning building – Respect. Or someone rescuing a person that was busy drowning – Respect.  A group of people finding practical solutions to end suffering – Respect. Respecting people that are older than you just because they lived longer and it’s good manners is not real respect. It is actually Inequality. It promotes the idea that elders and children are not  Equals.

I am not saying we all should be mean to our elders – no. Simply that using fear to enforce superiority is not the way forward. A change in starting point is required.

Children, parents – older people: we all come from the same ‘physical substance’ and are all equal/one in terms of physicality and so are All other beings on this earth also unified within physicality/physical substance. No one has more ‘life’ / ‘physicality’ than another.  Respect is that we respect life, the physical – this physical existence. We consider our actions and the consequences thereof and how it will influence another life. Respect that we are in fact equals and none are more than another. The only “problem” we as humanity have that is promoting inequality/separation is the Mind/Consciousness and how we “perceive” ourselves and others through it that we do not consider our “physical equality and oneness” and how there are more important things in life/living (like getting the human mind and life on earth sorted out) than placing value into how you “greet someone”.

This way there is no fear needed. No superiority and inferiority. No senseless manners that promotes inequality. I would have liked this – it’s common sense.

What is Strength Really?

Strength and Weakness - Here I am going to look at the definitions of the words strength and weakness, how I defined the words in the past and how I redefined them for myself now

Here I will start with how I looked at strength/weakness in school:

In school, strength and weakness played a role. In sports you want to be strong to be a good player - make the team to show your friends and the girls how strong you are. If you don't make the team, you are weak. I was never a sports fan and neither were my friends. I was a surfer and skateboarder and we used to make fun of the ''jocks'' taking sports so seriously, but most of these jocks were friends as well.power

Strength was ego. Strength was muscles. Strength was not crying.  Bullies showed their strength by picking on the weak. Strength was competition to always be better than others. Strength was being a rebel and breaking the rules. Weakness was being beaten by bullies. Weakness was being the silent type. Weakness was being the weirdo, the geek, the loser, the ugly and the guy who never managed to get a girl. Weakness was not ''going with the flow'' and not doing what everybody else was doing. Weakness was being smart. Strength was good - Weakness was bad.

I was neither strong or weak in school, but could see how important it was in terms of being accepted or rejected. To sum it up - Strength and weakness had a lot to do with outer appearances and how you ''acted'' /behaved and interacted within your social environment. So, strength and weakness did not only go to physical appearance/muscle, but also extending to personality/characteristics/behavior and one’s position/place within the social networks/environments.

Now, here are some relationships between strength and weakness when having a look at human nature:

Now let’s look at it from a global scale. Strength Is Military - countries flexing their military muscles, physically and through machinery/systems/weapons to show they are better - competition. Just like in school where strength is muscles and the machinery/artillery/weapons are what characteristics/personality traits/behaviors can be used to ‘show off’ ‘strength’ on a ‘mental level’. Thus participating in this idea we accept and allow war to exist even within ourselves, in our ‘small worlds’, from childhood. For example: Weakness is seen to be 3rd World Countries along with the poor. We accept and allow poverty to exist, because we would rather flex military muscle / money and not risk our economy - than aiding the poor to eradicate poverty - otherwise we risk being equal, where strength and weakness does not exist: As in, “I can’t be strong unless others are weak, so therefore – I will keep the weak in their place, so that I can remain in my definition of strong”. Like in school where you would rather beat and pick on the "weaklings" instead of assisting and supporting them, and by doing this in the ‘small worlds’ - you accept and allow it to exist in the ‘big world’ where the strong prey on the weak, where the rich prey on the poor, and so we in the small and the big accept and allow the consequence of the polarity of strength and weakness, of poverty and the rich. Because, for the ‘strong to exist’, the ‘weak must exist’ – and so therefore, we will not change because of that definition of who we are in/as the illusion, idea, perception and belief of what it means to be ‘strong’. So, as children – we ‘prey’ on the weak, as grown-ups – we ‘prey’ on the weak; it’s an inherent accepted and allowed nature within us humans, where you’re stuck in either the strong/weak polarity and/or on the ‘outside’, mentally, physically or because of your life/living conditions. Why are we individually and collectively accepting and allowing such a polarity to exist within us? Why have we not considered equality, assistance, support?

Fast forward a few years with me starting with the Desteni process and me being on the farm. Everything I have learnt about strength and weakness throughout my life was not real - it is all just an act - a means to fit in and a means of survival to always be the best. ''The Strong will prosper and the weak will perish'' - so we beat on the weak so that we look stronger and better.

Strength - what is it really? Here is how I see strength now:

Strength is me - I am strength. It is not something outside myself like muscles or acting - It is who I am as a presence, as a ‘way of being/living’. In this, this self-strength is not defined by/through being attached to a polarity of weak/weakness, meaning there isn’t something/someone in my outside world that I use/abuse to make me feel strong/superior. Strength is/should be a living expression, a stand of character, a stability of presence. Meaning, it is a form of stability and self-trust that no matter what you face in life there is a knowing and certainty that you are able to walk through it. Strength is being consistent. Strength is walking through resistance you experience inside yourself and push through and always be self-directed. Strength is to not accept and allow your actions and who you are to harm another being. Strength is to become the change you want to see in this world.

Weakness Is a gift - whenever I fall on a point it is not a point of judgement saying I'm too weak for this'', but rather it shows where I am not yet effective. My own personal Life Trainer/Buddy that reveals where I require some direction.

I will continue in the next post expanding more on strength to give some practical examples of how I have come to redefine strength for me

The Most Dangerous Drug in the World!!! And its legal!!!

A story in a newspaper reported of a newlywed couple who got married the one day and died the next due to a driver believed to be drunk crashed into them in a car accident. Who many stories like this have we heard? How many people have died because of alcohol? 2.5million deaths a year.alcohol

2.5 Million Alcohol-R elated Deaths Worldwide- Annually whereas Illegal Drugs Cause 250,000 Global Deaths Yearly.

In 2005, excessive alcohol caused 4 million emergency room visits and 1.6 million hospitalizations. About 2,000 people under the legal drinking age (21) die annually in car crashes due to alcohol and it is involved in nearly 50 percent of all teen deaths involving violence.

So why are illegal drugs illegal When the deaths they caused are so much less than alcohol related deaths?

Some Scary facts:

  • · Nearly half of all fatal car crashes are alcohol-related.
  • · One third of homicides are associated with alcohol misuse.
  • · One half of car accidents are associated with alcohol misuse.
  • · Alcohol is the #1 misused drug in the U.S.
  • · Alcohol is the number one date rape drug.
  • · More than half of current drinkers have a family history of alcoholism.
  • · A blackout is an amnesia-like period that is often associated with drinking. A person may be functioning normally, but later, the person has no memory of occurrences.
  • · Alcohol-related accidents are the #1 killer of teens.
  • · During a blackout, an individual can participate in a significant, emotionally charged event but have no recollection of what occurred.

car-wreck_1With all this evidence that clearly shoes that alcohol is the most dangerous drug in the world. Why is it not banned? Why is the a "War on Drugs"? Why is alcohol so widely advertised when the companies know how dangerous it is? Could it be that alcohol is a massive profit industry and to stop it from harming people would mean a massive loss of money. yes.

If the whole point of making drugs illegal is to ensure the safety of the people then obviously alcohol should be banned. But if they ban it people wont be able to ''drink their trouble away'' - People wont be able to satisfied with their jobs and way of life. Then people will be forced to face the world - and its not a happy world. Maybe then people will strive and stand up for a better world.

Day 75 - I must be the Best!

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I must be the best and a head above the rest

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I should do everything I can to be better than everybody elsecompetition1

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to in this belief walk over others and used them for my own personal gain so that i can become better than them

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that i must compete with others so that I can survive in this world - and to better survive I should be better than everybody else

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give into this idea of competition and that it is necessary and the only way to survive in this world

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize the consequences of my actions and wanting to be the best and better than others will never bring equality

I forgive myself that I have accepted not and allowed myself to realize that if I believe I should be better than others and everybody else believes they should be better than everybody else - then we create a world where competition rules as every man for himself - which is what we have today

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that competition breeds self interest where i am only focusing on myself - and in this I ignore the world around me, because in order to be the best I must walk over people

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that I was taught  how to compete and chose it as who I am - and just as I have accepted this within myself I can not stop this within myself and realize that i do not need to compete to survive - that survival should not be a problem within this world

I commit myself to stop the belief that i must be the best in order to survive

I commit myself to no anymore dedicate my life to be a head above the rest as I was taught by the world

I commit myself to realize the consequences of wanting to be better than others - that it is based on self interest and disregarding others - that I will never find solutions to assist and support others because i want to be better than them and in this equality cannot exist

I commit myself to realize that If everybody want to better than everybody we will continue the path of this world and never bring the change that is needed for a world of equality where everybody wins

I commit myself to stop competing with others to be better than them - but to instead find the solutions needed for a quality life for all to exist

I commit myself to stop competing with others to boost my ego

I commit myself to give up the  illusion of power that comes with being the best - to stop the survival game  - but to instead start living and dedicate my life so that others can also live

Day 47 - Suffering exist if postponement exist

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to create the postponement character to suit my own needs

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to out of my resistance create this character as an excuse not to do something

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be directed by this character that it controls me in delaying what im doing

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to allow the resistance within myself to direct me and who i am by postponing that which is important

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that postponing tasks will only affect me and nobody else

I forgive myself that i have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that what i am doing is taking  self responsibility so that suffering and abuse can end and that cant end if i postpone

I forgive myself that i have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that if i postpone standing for life then all the suffering and abuse that exist today will exist for longer

I forgive myself that i have not accepted and allowed myself to see that the decision i make to postpone I accept the suffering and and abuse in the world

I forgive myself that i have not accepted and allowed myself to take self responsibility and stop postponement and in that stop the suffering and abuse in this world

I forgive myself that i have not accepted and allowed myself to delete this character that allows the suffering to continue just because i face resistance and not allowing myself to push through the resistance

I commit myself to delete the character of postponement

I commit myself to stop using the ''ill do it some other time excuse''

I commit myself to do what i set out to do no matter what

I commit myself to take self responsibility by stopping delaying standing for life - because the longer i wait the longer the suffering and abuse exist

I commit myself to rather choose not to accept the abuse of this world by choosing not to postpone myself to become effective in changing it

I commit myself to stop being directed by thoughts feelings and emotions but to self directive in doing what needs to be done

I commit myself to realize that if i do nothing then nothing will happen so its up to me to go through the process of actual change - because if i change then the world changes

Journey to Life Day 38 - Amazing Disgrace - The Human Race

This life and this world is a reflection of who we are  - and the state the world is in today is beyond shameful which should indicate that we as humans are truly evil.freedom

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that the world is a reflection of who I am

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see how must the world is the same as me - how i have conflict within me towards others and how the world and its nations have conflict with other nations

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see the similarities with the world and myself - how me not caring about others and the world not caring about ending starvation.

I forgive myself that I have  accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from this world because I don't like what I see not realizing that what im looking at is actually myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hide from reality out of fear and to believe that nothing can be done to change is - that its just the way it is - so that i don't have to do anything

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to block out all the bad things in world because it makes me sad and angry - not realizing that I am the one who created this world

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to  investigate this world and how things work to see the reason for why life is so full of suffering

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to take action and to do something about this world and to find ways to change it.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that if the world is a reflection of me - then changing who I am will reflect onto this world

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see the truth of humanity - that we are truly the evil of the earth - to have created a world of abuse and suffering a perfect hell for most and never in human history have we ever stopped a moment to see what we have done and to change it, but to continue to live as if everything is fine and to continue blame others for this mess - not realizing that our very nature as who we are now created this and that is what needs to change.

I commit myself to see that I am in fact evil for having lived my life in ignorance

I commit myself to then dedicate my life to make sure I stop the evil of humanity which is our very nature so that I can start living life for life

I commit myself to stop hiding from this world - to realize that i created this world and in that i am responsible

I commit myself to stop fearing this world and to realize that i am actually fearing myself

I commit myself to stop separating myself from this world, from myself

I commit myself to stop all excuses - to stop believing this world is just the way it is - and to start taking action by doing all in my power to make this world a better place by first changing myself

I commit myself to see the amazing disgrace we created and take responsibility to truly create amazing grace for all being on earth - because there is no grace in starving or killing or abusing another and there can be no grace in this life as long as it continues.

Journey to Life Day 37 - ''You cant change this World''

This particular character is one who looks at others dedicating their life's to make this world a better place - but instead to join in they say '' you do know that its impossible right?''. And it said without even the them lifting a finger to see for themselves if its impossible or not. You can never know unless you have given it your best.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into the character of giving up before i have actually started

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that this character is fictional who i created and in not real just like a movie character

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that making this world a better place is impossible based on my limited perception without even giving it a chance

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to step into this character as a form of self defence to protect my ideas and beliefs and out of fear of change

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not want change because I fear i will not be able to change and fail so instead of giving it a go i immediately try and bring others down to my level and beliefs

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give away my responsibility by saying that nobody can change this world just so that i don't’ have to do anything

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize the truth that I cannot change the world - that no one person can change the world

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that i can only change myself and then live as an example to others and proof to others that change is possible and then through that as each one change themselves one becomes many - and with many all together we can make this world a  better place

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to shy away from taking self responsibility and to believe that it is not possible for all to work together and to believe that nobody can change who they are - not realizing that the belief is based on nothing because i haven't even attempted to change myself to see for myself what is possible and what is impossible

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that I am the change - that who i am can determine everything and that I actually have the power to change the world by changing myself and to live as an example

I commit myself to stop the character saying ''you cant change the world''

I commit myself to realize that i am the example and proof that change is possible

I commit myself to live as an example to others and to show that you can change the world by changing yourself

I commit myself to stop saying things are impossible without giving it a go to see for myself first

I commit myself to realize that my perceptions are limitations and that mu beliefs are not real and invalid and not to listen to them anymore

I commit myself to stop wanting to bring others down to my level just so that i don’t have to change

I commit myself to stop the fear of change and to realize that the only way this world will improve is through change

I commit myself to stop the backchat which i allow to give up my responsibility.

How i Came to Desteni

How I came to Desteni

I was born and raised a christian. Prayed every night and went to Sunday church. It was at my last 2years of school that I basically stopped being a full Christian meaning I only said I was to avoid conflict with people and parents. I was selective in terms of what I believed the bible said.

I was my last year of school and by that time my sister sunette already met Bernard and Esteni. Throughout that year sunette helped out with driving me and my younger sister to school and I remember sunette sometimes talking about various points regarding what they are doing. I did find it kind of strange but it did not bother me because it made sense. I was pretty much apathetic towards everything back then.

I met Bernard the first time when I was out with a friend at the mall. I saw sunette eating at a restaurant with Bernard and them so went to say hello. Sunette commented that I am a musician and play drums and then Bernard suggested I should give LJ some drum lessons.

That is how I met LJ. So I came by 2 a week giving drum lessons. It was about 2 or 3 months after I finished school that I was forced to look at what I want to do for the rest of my life. I was still living with my parents and I needed to ‘’get a life’’ so to speak . Then one day Bernard asked me what direction I want to take in life. I had no idea. After giving him a blank stare as a response I then said I want to do something with music. Sunette already moved in and lived here with everybody so Bernard suggested I could move in and be a music tutor as well as a schooling tutor. I was eager to do so and moved in 3 days later.

That was 5 years ago. And that is where my world changed. I learned common sense. How I learned self responsibility – that I was ultimately responsible for my thoughts feelings and actions. That I cannot blame or judge another. I learned the meaning of true power - if I want to change I am the one that has to make that change. And I alone have the power to do so. I saw for the first time how truly fucked up existence is and how we are all trapped in a cleverly designed system to keep us from ever realizing what is really going on.

Heaven On Earth:

I used to say that line allot ‘’ as above so below’’. And if we look at how bad shit is on earth, imagine how bad shit is in heaven.

An Equal Money System would be heaven on earth. Heaven being freedom from fear and abuse. That is what our current world system is based on – fear and abuse. It functions on the suffering of many to benefit the few. And we created it – this wonderful world. Now we are entering the stage of consequence and we have trapped ourselves with our greed and desire.

Now Millions suffer everyday and we live in a world that is not worth saving. And that must end.

Money is the goal and with Equal Money System Life would be the goal. We will move from survival to actual living. I saw for the first time a way where an Equal World is actually possible. And rather complaining about this world I am standing up to become that change and investigating solutions to solve all this bullshit we have on earth. And the cool thing is that we as humanity can do this. We can create a heaven on earth for every being. Once and for all end all forms of abuse that exist in this world.

That is why I stand for a Equal Money system – because none are free until all are free.
